I wanted to show my appreciation to all my family, friends and clients that have supported me since I started this business. So I decided to reward your support with this fantastic crepe de chine silk scarf titled “Morning Glory”, hand painted by the super talented and just all around lovely human being, Rebecca Cramer.
What must you do to win this magnificent scarf, you ask? Well…at first I thought I would do something simple like have everyone interested in winning this prize simply “Like” my Facebook page. But that’s against the rules. I can’t ask you to do that and give away a prize for doing that. So…please “Like” me anyway. It won’t get you anything except my undying devotion. But it will put you in the know for other upcoming give aways and promotions!
So to have your name entered into a draw you must leave a comment on this Blog. And in case you are wondering what you should say for your comment…I have a question.
“What was your best gift ever?”
That’s it. All you have to do is answer the question and that earns you an entry into the draw.
The contest is open to anyone. Only one comment/entry per person please. Contest closes at 12 noon, Central Time, Friday, November 18. The winner will be announced November 20 after the winner is chosen by random draw. Your scarf will be mailed to you in a padded envelope at no charge to you. Please tell all your friends and good luck!

Great scarf! My favorite gift ever was a stained glass piece of two dolphins. My friend made it for me and it hangs in my living room window!
It sounds wonderful, Tannis! A special gift.
Beautiful scarf! I have had so many wonderful gifts given to me in my life, but I always remember a gift that was given to me by a family friend when I was about 6 years old. It was a pair of flannel pajamas, the book “Sleeping Beauty” and a box of smarties. Don’t get me wrong, I have had some amazing gifts since then-cherished toys, porcelain dolls, clothing, jewellry, etc., but the gift of pjs, a book and chocolate is something that speaks to my heart. I love to cuddle up in my pj’s with a book and some chocolate. This is a timeless gift that I could receive at 80 and still be thrilled over!
Kim
I love the sound of that gift, Kim. What a wonderful way to spend some time! I think I’ll give it a try this weekend.
Beautiful scarf. My best gift recently was a washer and dryer. The only thing that would have made it better was if it came with someone who folded the clean laundry and put it away. . .
The scarf is so beautiful I can feel it! My best gift ever was when I was 10 and I asked Santa for a Spirograph and he brought me a Super Spirograph!! I had hours of fun and I believe it inspired the creative side of me for many years!
Now I feel like doing something creative.
Nice scarf!! My best gift ever? Hmmm….I at first thought it has to be the car my husband bought me on my birthday the first year we moved out together. Then I realized it had to be my husband Rick! Yes that is it, My husband would agree!
So sweet!
Well I know how cliche this will sound but for me it is the gift of giving. Not that I have not received some great gifts but I love seeing the reactions on people’s faces if I have been lucky enough to find the perfect gift, especially when it involves my kids.
Very pretty scarf!
